This tool allows you to review changes that you've made to your account (for up to the past three months), from pausing a campaign to adding a new keyword to one of your Ad Groups. So, if you've noticed that your sales have recently increased and you think changing the maximum CPC of an Ad Group may be the reason, you can check the My Change History Tool to see if the dates overlap.
